Gangyō
Gangyō ( Japanese 元 慶 , also Gankyō or Genkei) is a Japanese era ( Nengō ) from June 877 to May 877 according to the Gregorian calendar . The previous era name is Jōgan , the following era is called Ninna . The era falls during the reign of the emperors ( Tennō ) Yōzei and Kōkō .
The first day of the Gangyō era corresponds to June 1, 877, the last day was March 10, 885. The Gangyō era lasted nine years or 2840 days.
