Gasthof Adler (Weitnau)
The Gasthof Adler is a listed building on Hoheneggstrasse in Weitnau , a market in the Oberallgäu district . Originally the inn was the administrative building of the Hohenegg lordship .
The two-storey house with a gable roof was probably renovated in the 18th century on the basis of an older house. A kitchen door on the ground floor bears the designation 1753 . Above the basement level visible on the north side is a brick barrel in the south-east corner. The half-timbered gable is plastered, the facade has wooden shingles .
The rooms of the predominantly gastronomic guest house with guest rooms are now used by the tourist office and the community library.
