The Gasthof zum Kaiser Friedrich in Bremen is a memorial to Kaiser Friedrich III. , the 99-day emperor, named restaurant business.

The building on the corner of Lange Wieren and Am Landherrnamt in the Schnoorviertel was built around 1630 in the baroque style and rebuilt several times (1750, 1962 and 1971). There is a restaurant on the ground floor and apartments on the upper floors. On the gable front is a representation of Emperor Friedrich III. on horseback.

It is one of the few restaurants in Bremen whose interior has remained almost unchanged for decades and is run independently of the respective operator in the same tradition with predominantly the same regular customers. For a long time, the restaurant also served as a place for political and business discussions in small groups and was also a favorite bar for some of Bremen's mayors and senators.

The building has been a listed building since 1973 .
