Fee schedule
Fee schedules are legal standards for billing of fees as consideration for services rendered services .
General
Fee schedules can be standardized by the legislator in the form of laws , ordinances or statutes . However, various non-governmental economic entities also have the right, within the framework of contractual freedom , to issue fee agreements for their activities within the framework of their respective tasks.

The fees charged by the fee schedule are not always fees in the legal sense, so that the root word fee can be misleading, because the legal term fee schedule is not legally defined .
