Gediminas Navaitis
Gediminas Navaitis (born October 19, 1948 in Vilnius ) is a Lithuanian psychologist and psychotherapist , politician.
Life
After graduating from high school, Navaitis graduated from 1969 to 1974 with a degree in psychology at the Vilniaus universitetas and in 1975 was a research assistant at the research institute. In 1979 he graduated from Leningrad University . From 1979 to 1998 he was a research assistant at the Research Institute for Education . From 1979 he was head of the psychological counseling office, from 1989 of the “Santuoka” office. Since 1998 he has been teaching at the Mykolo Romerio universitetas . From 2008 to 2012 he was a member of the Seimas .
He is the author of 27 books. He is the president of the Lithuanian Association for Group Psychotherapy .
