Gefen Publishing House
Gefen Publishing House is an Israeli publisher from Jerusalem founded in 1981 by the married couple Hana and Murray Greenfield . The management of the company later passed to Greenfield's sons Dror and Ilan Greenfield, since Dror's death in 2003, Ilan Greenfield has run the publishing house alone. A distribution center exists in New York City . Gefen Publishing publishes books on Israeli and Jewish topics in English . These include science, history, the Holocaust , art, philosophy, biographies, children's literature, etc. More than twenty new publications appear every year. The publishing program includes authors such as Dov Freiberg , Uri Milstein , Yonatan Netanyahu and Gad Schimron .
