The house at Gellertstrasse 3 is a listed building in Magdeburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in Magdeburg's Stadtfeld Ost district on the west side of Gellertstrasse. The building, which is also listed, borders Gellertstrasse 1 to the south .
Architecture and history
The residential and commercial building was built in 1912 by master bricklayer Gustav Wienecke. The three and a half story plastered building is designed in the Art Nouveau style. The appearance of the house is characterized by a large, centrally arranged roof bay window. The bay window is spanned by a large arched gable. Below the arched gable there is a loggia on the bay window , which is supported by columns and half-columns. The house is covered by a mansard roof .
As part of the ensemble of neighboring houses that were built at the same time, the building is considered to be significant in terms of urban development.
In the local register of monuments , the residential and commercial building is listed under registration number 094 82251 as a monument .
