The Municipal House Sins is the seat of the local government of the municipality Sins in the canton of Aargau . It is located a little north of the village center next to the parish church and is a cultural asset of national importance .

The stately building was built in 1726 and initially served as a rectory . The interior was rebuilt between 1953 and 1955. Since then, it has united all departments of the municipal administration (with the exception of the tax office and the debt enforcement office) under one roof. A renovation took place in 1999. The house consists of plastered stone walls. It is five window axes wide, three axes deep and three stories high up to the eaves; there are also two floors in the gables. Large hatches break through the gable roof on the long sides, the ridge ends are hipped . Segment gables cover the portals. The central staircase inside is equipped with block steps and board balm . On the second floor there are stucco-framed ceilings from the first half of the 19th century.
