occupation

Gene Bradley on a Secret Mission is a British crime series that emerged between 1972 and 1973.

action

Gene Bradley is a celebrated film star who is at home on the international jet set and is involved in various business fields. However, he secretly works as a secret agent for the US intelligence service . His supervisor is Mr. Parminter, and his partner Gavin Jones assists him in his cases. Bradley is professionally able to slip into a wide variety of roles.

background

The series had many parallels to other series of its time, especially the crime series Jason King , also produced by Monty Berman , in which the main actor is a bestselling author who also works for the secret service.

Like Jason King , Gene Bradley was unable to replicate Berman's earlier successes on a secret mission . After the series was canceled after a season, Berman withdrew from the television business.
