General Logistics Systems France SA , or shortly GLS France is one founded in 1979 logistics company in Toulouse .

Extand , the former name, was bought by General Logistics Systems in May 2000, together with its two Belgian and Spanish subsidiaries Extand Belgium and Extand Sistema . In December 2002 GLS Belgium was founded and the activities of Extand Belgium were transferred to the new GLS subsidiary.

In 2015, the Autorité de la Concurrence , an antitrust authority in France, fined GLS France for price fixing of 55.1 million euros. This was preceded by a price cartel with 20 companies that shared sensitive information at the TLF meetings . The price negotiations in the period 2006–2007 rose by seven percent instead of the five percent planned.

According to its own information, GLS France has 11 hubs, 83 depots and over 3,000 vehicles (as of 2018/2019).
