Geoffrey Smith
Geoffrey Martyn Smith (* 1958 in Brisbane ) is an Anglican Bishop of the Anglican Church of Australia .
Life
Smith studied Anglican theology at the University of Queensland . In 1982, Smith was ordained a priest. From 2007 he was assistant bishop in the diocese of Brisbane . On July 25, 2017, Smith was ordained Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Adelaide to succeed Jeffrey Driver . Smith is married with two children.
