Georg Jablukov

Georg Jablukov (born March 22, 1972 in Donetsk , Ukrainian SSR as Russian Георгий Яблуков Georgij Jablukov ) is a German ice hockey referee and since January 2009 one of three professional referees in the German ice hockey league .

Career

Jablukov whistled his first game in the highest German ice hockey league on September 9, 2007 with the game Füchse Duisburg against ERC Ingolstadt , before that he had been a linesman for many years. After participating in the “trainee” program of the German Ice Hockey League, the Berlin lawyer was appointed second active German professional referee alongside Daniel Piechaczek in January 2009 .

As a linesman Jablukov was used at three U20 World Championships . As main referee, he has so far whistled a World Cup in Division II and was also nominated for the 2009 U18 World Cup in the United States and the 2009/10 Champions Hockey League .
