Georg Kern
Georg Kern (* 15th century in Geisenhausen ; † 16th century) was a German reformer . He was singing master Landgrave Philipp I. In 1525 he printed a song by Hans Sachs on a sheet of fourth and also three sacred songs from God's Word . This should move the Landgrave to introduce the Reformation in Hesse as quickly as possible. Kern's project was successful, in October 1526 Philip I had a Protestant state order introduced. Nothing further is known about Kern.
