Georg Plehn

Georg Plehn (born February 25, 1822 in Kopitkowo, Prussian Stargard district ( West Prussia ); † November 13, 1891 ibid) was a German manor owner and parliamentarian.

Life

Georg Plehn was born as the son of the manor owner Julius Plehn. After attending grammar school in Marienwerder, he studied agriculture at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn and Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Berlin . In 1841 he became a member of the Corps Borussia Bonn . After graduating, he was the owner of the manor in Kopitkowo. He was a member of the Provincial Parliament of the Province of West Prussia . His son Georg Alfred Plehn was a German diplomat.
