Georg Schindler
Georg Schindler (born November 14, 1906 , † 1984 ) was a German local politician.
Life
Schindler was mayor of the Baden community of Kollnau . He was appointed mayor on July 8, 1945 by the French occupation authorities. In addition, he held the office of mayor for 20 months in the neighboring municipality of Gutach im Breisgau and was also administrative administrator of Waldkirch for two months.
He resigned the office of mayor with the integration of Kollnau into the city of Waldkirch on December 31, 1974, after which he was mayor of Kollnau until December 31, 1981.
Georg Schindler acted as chairman of the Association of Baden Municipalities and chairman of the Baden-Württemberg Forestry Chamber.
