Georg Strutz

Georg Strutz (born September 17, 1861 , † July 27, 1929 in Munich ) was a German administrative lawyer and judge.

Life

Georg Strutz studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg and the Universität Leipzig . He became a member of the Corps Suevia Heidelberg (1879) and the Lusatia Leipzig (1880). After the exams and the doctorate to Dr. iur. he embarked on an administrative career. In 1887 he became a government assessor in Osnabrück. In 1890 Strutz was appointed district administrator in the Steinau district . In the Prussian Ministry of Finance since 1891, he was appointed lecturer and secret finance councilor. In 1910 Strutz moved to the Prussian Higher Administrative Court as Senate President and in 1918 he became Senate President at the Reichsfinanzhof in Munich.

Georg Strutz is the author of numerous tax law publications and articles, including in the Finanz-Rundschau .
