The George W. Bush Presidential Center is part of the George W. Bush Foundation ( Foundation ) and includes among others the presidential library of Bush , the 43rd President of the United States of America .

The structure (construction: HOK ) is located on the campus of Southern Methodist University in Dallas ( Texas ) and takes up about 10 hectares there. In addition to the library and museum , the complex also includes the George W. Bush Policy Institute and the headquarters of the foundation.

As usual, the archive is looked after by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and financed by private donations. It contains items belonging to the Bush couple from George W. Bush's tenure as President.
