Georgen Hospital
Georgenhospital ( Sankt-Georgs-Spital or similar) was the name for leprosy houses ( domus leprosorum ), which were donated under the patronage of Saint George . They originally served the isolated custody of the "lepers" and were later used as plague, infirmary and poor houses.
