Georgi Grigoryevich Petrusov

Georgi Grigorjewitsch Petrussow ( Russian Георгий Григорьевич Петрусов ; * 1903 in Rostov-on-Don , † 1971 in Moscow ) was a Soviet photographer.

From 1924 Petrussow worked as a photo reporter for trade union magazines, later also for Pravda . From 1930 to 1941 he worked as a photo journalist for USSR in construction . During the Second World War he was a front correspondent for the Sowinform office and Izvestia . In April 1945 he reached Berlin with the Red Army. After the war he worked for the magazine Soviet Life and published ballet and theater photographs.
