Georgiana Alina Birtoiu (born July 22, 1989 in Cluj-Napoca ) is a Romanian soccer player .

Birtoiu started her career in Romania with CFF Clujana Cluj and made her first team debut in 2007. After three years at professional level for CFF Clujana, she moved to AEK Kokkinochorion in Cyprus . There Birtoiu was the second best scorer in the league with 27 goals in the 2010/2011 season and then moved to the Russian club FK Rossijanka from the Russian Supreme Division .

Birtoiu plays in the Romanian national football team and made her debut in 2009 in qualifying for the 2013 European Football Championship .
