Gerald Weilbuchner (born November 20, 1990 in Oberndorf near Salzburg ) is a former Austrian politician of the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP).

On January 25, 2018 he was in the XXVIII. Legislative term as a deputy of the Upper Austrian parliament sworn in , where he served on the Finance Committee, the Committee on Housing, Construction and Conservation and the Committee on Infrastructure. He succeeded Franz Weinberger , who resigned from his state parliament mandate.

Weilbuchner had to give up his mandate in the Upper Austrian state parliament on January 31, 2019 after the police pulled him out of circulation at the end of November 2018 when he was seriously drunk. According to media reports, his alcohol level should have been two per thousand. The Upper Austrian governor and ÖVP regional party chairman Thomas Stelzer described this behavior as "not only irresponsible, but also unacceptable". Weilbuchner's successor is Ferdinand Tiefnig .
