Gerd W. Heyse

Gerd W. Heyse (born October 12, 1930 in Erfurt ) is a German aphorist and poet .

Life

Gerd W. (Wolfgang) Heyse was born in Erfurt in 1930. After training as a public accountant, he worked in his father's tax consultancy firm. He has been working as a freelance writer since 1988. He was sponsored by the aphorist and cabaret artist Hansgeorg Stengel , who z. B. contributed the afterword for the debut volume Kurz und Jokingly . Gerd W. Heyse, who used the pseudonym "Ernst Heiter" for publications on the Weltbühne , remained loyal to his hometown throughout his life and writes as a regular author for the Thüringer Allgemeine . In addition to seven individual volumes, 20 publications have been published in anthologies to date . So far (2010) Heyse, who is distantly related to Paul Heyse , has written more than 35,000 aphorisms.
