Gerhard Heinrich (born June 9, 1955 in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg ) is a German politician ( SPD ) and former member of the Hamburg parliament .

Life and politics

The studied lawyer was in the 14th legislature represented from 1991 to 1993 for the SPD in the citizenry. There he was on the Legal Affairs Committee, Committee on the Constitution, Rules of Procedure and Election Review, Committee on Home Affairs and the Civil Service.
