Gerhard Schulze-Pillot

Gerhard Schulze-Pillot (born October 7, 1872 in Berlin , † March 18, 1945 in Munich ) was a German mechanical engineer and university professor at the TH Danzig .

He studied mechanical engineering at TH Berlin , where he became an assistant from 1896–1897, and went to the USA from 1900 to 1904. He taught from 1904 to 1938 as a professor at the TH Danzig and was the rector from 1927 to 1928. In November 1933 he and most of his colleagues signed the professors' declaration of Adolf Hitler at German universities and colleges .
