Court bearer

The court entity is the legal person to which a court is organizationally assigned. In the case of (administrative) authorities , the term corresponds to that of the administrative agency .

Are court holders

• in Germany: federal government ( federal courts ) and states ( regional courts ),
• in Austria: in the case of the highest courts ( Constitutional Court , Supreme Court , Administrative Court ) and in the other ordinary jurisdictions only the federal government, in the remaining administrative jurisdictions the federal government ( Federal Administrative Court , Federal Finance Court ) and the federal states,
