Gerlinde Gschwendtner
Gerlinde Gschwendtner (* 1940 in Knittelfeld , Styria ) is an Austrian artist and non-fiction author.
Life
Gerlinde Gschwendtner studied art at the Academy of Fine Arts and History at the University of Vienna for a master's degree. She then taught as a professor at grammar schools in Austria and ran a youth gallery. As a lecturer in painting and art didactics, she has been holding seminars, workshops and lectures for the further education of artists and gallery owners in Germany, Austria and Switzerland since 1980. She has been working as a freelance artist since 2000.
Gerlinde Gschwendtner's pictures have been shown in exhibitions at home and abroad, with purchases from public and private collectors.
