Architecture and history
The two-storey villa was built around 1905 in Art Nouveau style . The building has irregular shapes. There are sparingly used stucco decorations .
The property fence is wrought iron and the original is preserved.
Originally the villa was number 6a. In the course of renumbering, the property was given today's house number 5a at the beginning of the 21st century.
