The protected landscape component of beech field trees in the Hachmecke with an area of 0.33 hectares is located northwest of Grönebach in the urban area of Winterberg . The area was designated as a protected landscape component (LB) in 2008 when the Winterberg landscape plan was drawn up by the district council of the Hochsauerlandkreis .

Area description

It is a beech population of around 15 old, overgrown beeches with a diameter of up to 1.0 m at chest height .
