Getulio Vargas is a town in Uruguay .
geography
Getulio Vargas is located in the Cerro Largo department in sector 3 . It is located in the southeastern part of the department, west-northwest of Lago Merín and southwest of Río Branco . To the north is Poblado Uruguay .
Infrastructure
A railway line runs through the village. This is also where the Estación Getulio Vargas can be found .
Residents
Getulio Vargas had 28 inhabitants at the 2011 census, 18 of them male and 10 female. In the previous censuses from 1963 to 2004, no statistical data was collected for the location.
