Lago Merín is a town in Uruguay .
geography
It is located in the Cerro Largo department in sector 3 on the banks of the Merin Lagoon . The Arroyo Tres Islas flows west of Lake Meríns . Lago Merín is located a few kilometers southeast of the city of Río Branco .
Residents
Lago Merín had 439 inhabitants at the 2011 census, 220 of them male and 219 female.
