In the 14th century, the Kužel family acquired the property and the local branch acquired the title de Nedachlebicz (z Nedachlebic). During this time there was also a festival. Owners were u. a. in 1340 Boček from Nedachlebice, between 1366 and 1392 Viknan, Jaroslav, Janáč and Matyáš from Nedachlebic and from 1492 Arnošt Kužel from Žeravice. Between 1520 and 1560 the Vladike von Korotín and between 1574 and 1603 the Janauer von Strachnow owned the estate. In 1618 Friedrich von Kaunitz bought Nedachlebicz and added it to his rule Uherský Brod . The oldest local seal dates from 1690 and bears the inscription NEDAGLEBICE DEDINA . The inhabitants lived from agriculture, viticulture and fish farming. In 1686 there were nine fish ponds around the village. The current form of the name Nedachlebice can be traced back to 1846. Until the middle of the 19th century, Nedachlebice was always subject to the Lords of Kaunitz on Uherský Brod.
From 1850 Nedachlebice / Nedachlebiitz formed a municipality in the district administration Uherský Brod. At the end of the 19th century, viticulture was completely given up. Since 1921 the village belongs to the Okres Uherské Hradiště .
