history
The place was first mentioned in a document in 1128 in a document from the Olomouc bishop Heinrich Zdik . In addition to Lubná, the place had hunting rights in the sovereign wilderness forest and was therefore given the nickname "Lovecká obec" ( hunting community ). There were twelve hunting permits in Stříbrnice, which were entered in the Black Book of Hunting Rights. Together with the starosts of the surrounding villages, the twelve hunters from Stříbrnice sat at the Lowczowe prawo (hunting court), the blood court at Buchlov Castle . The duties of the hunters also included performing the shackle service and executioner function in the city of Uherské Hradiště , as well as the executions in Fryšták .
The privileges of the residents of Stříbrnice included the free use of the grain mill and the exemption from tolls at the March bridge in Uherské Hradiště. With the abolition of hunting justice in 1749, Stříbrnice also lost its privileges.
After the abolition of patrimonial rule, the political municipality of Stříbrnice in the Hungarian Hradisch district was established in 1848 . Stříbrnice is one of the Moravian wine-growing places .
In 1993, the Stříbrnické paseky nature park was created. The original single plot settlement has been preserved in Paseky.
