The next mention of Mistricz from 1301 shows a Hynek von Mistřice as the owner. In the 14th century the estate was divided. In 1376, Ježek Kužel from Žeravice owned the farm and goods in Mistricz and half of the village Javorovec. This share belonged between 1406 and 1415 Janáč from Bílovice and Mistřice, the other part of Mystrzicz including the festivals as well as Javorovec and Včelary owned between 1406 and 1412 Jaroslav von Sternberg auf Veselí , who sold it to his wife Kunigunde from Michalovice. After the Hungarian King Matthias Corvinus succeeded in capturing Viktorin of Podebrady during the power struggle for the Bohemian Crown on July 27, 1469 in Veselí nad Moravou , his brother Heinrich d. Ä. with an army to Moravia. In July 1470 Heinrich d. Ä. the Hungarians on Hrubý bor near Neráz wood between Bílovice and Mistřice and pursued them to Uherský Brod . In 1482 the town of Hradiště bought this share from Mikuláš Václav of Vojslavice and in 1505 Arnošt Kužel of Žeravice also sold his share with the Mistřice manor to the town of Hradiště. The fortress lost its function as a seat of power and went out. The village went into decline in the 17th century. Between 1604 and 1605 the Transylvanian insurgents invaded under Stephan Bocskai , in 1643 the Swedes and in 1663 and 1683 the Turks . After the devastation by the Swedes, 17 farms lay desolate. The Doubrava forest, which is owned by the municipality, was cleared and converted into a vineyard, from which the town received a wine tithing. In 1704 and 1706 Mistřice was attacked by the Kuruc . The green books have been kept since 1729. The village consisted of 132 houses in 1843 and had 732 inhabitants. The current place name Mistřice has been used since 1846.
