history

The first written mention of the village Jawirnik , which partly belongs to the town of Hradiště , was made in 1372 in a list of those villages that had to pay bridge fees at the Kunowitz Gate.

In 1376 Ježek Kužel of Žeravice owned part of Mistřice and half of the village of Jauornyc . Between 1406 and 1412 Jawornyczky belonged to Jaroslav von Sternberg on Veselí , and then his wife Kunigunde von Michalovice. In 1505, Arnošt Kužel von Žeravice Jaworniczek and his share in Mistřice sold to the city of Hradiště . In 1663 the Turks burned the village down. In the hoof register of 1671 seven farmed properties are listed for Jaborowecz . Later the place was called Jaborowesz , Jaborowitz or Jaworowitz . In 1706 the village was partially devastated by the Kuruc under Franz II Rákóczi . In the course of the Josefin reforms, a school was established in Javorovec in 1791. In 1843 the place consisted of 25 houses and had 126 inhabitants. In the same year the school moved into its own school house. In 1846 the place was called Jaworowec . Until the middle of the 19th century, the village always remained subordinate to the city of Hradisch .

From 1850 Javorovec / Jaborowetz formed a municipality in the district administration Hradisch. Between 1890 and 1921 the place was called Jaborovec , then Javorovec . Intensive cattle breeding was carried out on the Javorovec farm in the 19th century. In 1893 today's schoolhouse was inaugurated. In 1949 Javorovec was incorporated into Mistřice for the first time. Between 1958 and 1960 the village was independent again and at the beginning of 1961 it was again attached as a district to Mistřice. In 1998 four ponds were created below Javorovec. The village has always been parish after Bílovice .
