About the Ghost Rider

The character of the Ghost Rider emerges when a person makes a contract with the devil and sells his soul to him. The person then becomes the Ghost Rider, the devil's bounty hunter . This one has superhuman strength and endurance. In addition, knives, shrapnel, pistol bullets and other things cannot harm him in demon form. But once the Ghost Rider transforms back into mortal human form, there can be serious consequences that end in hospital stays or in cemeteries. He can drive his motorcycle faster than normal motorcycles, even over water and vertically up and down walls.

Incarnations of the figure

Ghost Rider - Carter Slade

Carter Slade is the first ghost rider that ever existed. Carter Slade became a Ghost Rider after being freed from a prison by the Devil ( Mephisto ). In return, Carter Slade had to trade his soul.

Carter explained to Johnny Blaze, the second Ghost Rider, what the Ghost Rider is and what it does.

Ghost Rider - Johnny Blaze

Johnny Blaze is the second Ghost Rider after Carter Slade. He became a rider when he sold his soul to Mephisto to save his father's life. Johnny's father dies on a stunt show because the devil betrayed him. When he is close to the "evil", Blaze turns into the Ghost Rider, a motorcyclist with a flaming skull, and is then driven only by the desire to banish the "guilty souls" to Hell.

Ghost Rider - Danny Ketch

Between 1990 and 1998, a new Ghost Rider was introduced, the teenage Danny Ketch . He became a rider when he and his older sister Barbara happened to witness a bloody confrontation between two criminal organizations in a cemetery. When Danny's sister was seriously injured and he was hiding with her in a heap of rubbish, his blood-smeared hands came into contact with the gas cap of Ghost Rider's motorcycle that was hidden there. Barbara was rescued, but has since been in a coma and was later murdered by Blackout, a vampiric mutant whose face was disfigured by Ghost Rider's fire and who swore revenge on him.

The third Ghost Rider has been driven to protect the innocent, and whenever innocent blood is spilled, the Ghost Rider wakes up and merges with Daniel when he hits the gas cap. It was later revealed that Danny Ketch and Johnny Blaze, his predecessor as Ghost Rider, are brothers.

Ghost Rider - Alejandra Jones

The fourth Ghost Rider is a young woman named Alejandra Jones, who was held captive in a South American grave by the mysterious Adam as a little girl. When she was 16 years old, she was forcibly instilled in a spirit of vengeance. That was part of Adam's plan to collect sins and turn people into mindless drones. But the plan was prevented by Johnny Blaze, the original ghost rider. Alejandra is currently with Johnny teaching her how to use her curse.

Ghost Rider - Roberto Reyes

Roberto "Robbie" Reyes is the new Ghost Rider (known from Agents of SHIELD ). He is a talented auto mechanic with a passion for cars and electronic music. But he loves his wheelchair-bound little brother Gabe even more. When Robbie and his brother Gabe are on their way to an illegal car race, they are attacked. The powers of the Ghost Rider are conjured up with Robbie through anger, aggression or protective instincts. B. when his brother or friends are in danger (it works in a similar way to the Hulk). Unlike the other Ghost Riders, Roberto doesn't own a motorcycle, but drives a 1969 Dodge Charger. This version of the Ghost Rider was to get its own TV series from Marvel and Hulu in 2020. In the meantime, however, the plans have been discarded due to creative differences.
