Ghraiba is a sand dough biscuit that is widespread under different names in Tunisia ( Ghreiba , Ghraiba ), Algeria ( Ghribia ) and Morocco ( Ghoriba , Mantecao ). The choice of ingredients creates numerous variations. Wheat flour , chickpea flour or other types of flour can be used as flour . Oil such as B. Peanut oil can replace butter . The pastries are often flavored with zests or vanilla and decorated with almonds or nuts
