Giacomo Ciarrapico

Giacomo Ciarrapico (* 1970 in Rome ) is an Italian film director .

Life

After graduating from the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in 1992 , Ciarrapico initially worked as an actor and director in the theater and as a writer. Occasionally he accepted role offers for films. In 1998 he made the feature film Piccolo anime based on his play ; after its premiere at the Torino Film Festival there were problems with the distribution, so that it received little attention. His short film Dentro e fuori , made in 2000, was awarded a prize at the Sacher Film Festival .

After Eccomi qua (also performed in Turin) in 2002, he turned to television, where he a. a. the series Boris (2007-2010) wrote and directed.
