Gianluca Coletta
Gianluca Coletta (born September 15, 1981 ) is an Italian racing cyclist .
Gianluca Coletta came third at the Gran Premio San Giuseppe in 2003 . In 2005 he won the Giro del Belvedere . In 2006 he won a stage in the Giro del Friuli and was second overall. In 2007 he received his first contract with an international cycling team , the Continental Team Cinelli-Endeka-OPD . In his first season there, he won part of the Giro d'Abruzzo . He also made it onto the podium three times on the Tour of Cuba .
After the Giro d'Abruzzo , Coletta tested positive for the banned active ingredient triamcinolone and was banned from doping for 22 months until May 2009. After his suspension, he continued to race for international teams until the end of the 2010 season, but no longer achieved any success.
