The house Gildschaft 8 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located on the north side of the Quedlinburger Schloßberg in the Westendorf district on the south side of the Gildschaft street and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register. Gildschaft 7 , which is also a listed building, is adjacent to the east and Gildschaft 9 to the west.

Architecture and history

The two-storey, low half-timbered house was built according to an inscription on the threshold in 1665. There are ship throats on the threshold as decoration . The facade is otherwise plastered.
