The Gillies Highway is a trunk road in Queensland , Australia . It has a length of 53 km and runs in a northeast-southwest direction from Gordonvale on the east coast of Australia to Atherton on the Kennedy Highway .

Immediately after Little Mulgrave the road climbs in serpentines through the Lamb Range into the Atherton Tablelands . Via Yungaburra on the south bank of Lake Tinaroo it leads to Atherton, where the Atherton Herberton Road joins as a continuation.
