Gintautas Šivickas
Gintautas Šivickas (born February 28, 1968 in Kaunas ) is a Lithuanian manager, former politician , vice minister and basketball player .
Life
After graduating from the 38th Kaunas Middle School in 1986, he completed a bachelor's degree in management of light industry at the Faculty of Management in 1996 and a master's degree in finance at Kauno technologijos universitetas (KTU) in 1998 . He played with BC Kauno "Žalgiris" , Vilniaus "Sakalai" , Marijampolės "Kraitenė" , Alytau's "Alita" . From 1999 to 2000 he worked at UAB “Corpus sanum” as a financier. From 2000 to 2004 he was a member of the Seimas . He works at UAB LANDLORD LT as a director. He was a doctoral student at the KTU. From 2005 he was Deputy Minister of Defense of Lithuania , Deputy to Gediminas Kirkilas .
From 2000 he was a member of the Naujoji sąjunga .
