Giovanni Batista Brentano-Cimaroli (* 1670 in Bonzanico ; † March 13, 1732 ) was an entrepreneur from the extensive Brentano family .

Life

Giovanni Batista Brentano-Cimaroli appeared in the town hall of Günzburg in 1701 to prepare the settlement of his family in Günzburg. In 1704, together with the Rebay family from Günzburg, he received the right to bleach . At the same time he was active in the canvas trade.

The eldest son of Giovanni Batista Brentano-Cimaroli, Carl Josef Maria (1705–1780), was an imperial councilor and merchant. In 1747 he had a representative city ​​palace built in Günzburg.
