Gisela Haase
Gisela Haase , also Haase-Messner , b. Rudolph (* 1935 in Dresden ) is a German art historian .
She studied art history from 1953 to 1957 in Rostock and Berlin . She then worked at the Dresden museums and, in the fall of 1958, was a member of the repatriation of art objects brought to the Soviet Union to Dresden. From 1961 she worked at the Kunstgewerbemuseum Dresden , from 1991 until her retirement in 2000 as director.
Her specialties are the history of glass and furniture .
