Gisela Wilke (born June 30, 1882 in Olbernhau , Kingdom of Saxony , † September 25, 1958 in Vienna ) was a German-Austrian castle actress .
Life
Gisela Wilke came from an old theater family, she was on stage from the age of six. She played children's roles at the Deutsches Theater in Berlin and went to New York with the Meinigertruppe when she was nine. In 1900 she was engaged at the Burgtheater on the recommendation of Marie Geistinger . There she received honorary membership in 1935.
