Giuliana Berlinguer

Giuliana Berlinguer (born November 23, 1933 in Mantua , † September 15, 2014 in Rome ) was an Italian director and screenwriter .

Life

Berlinguer graduated from the Accademia d'Arte Drammatica and then worked for the RAI from the mid-1960s . In 1968 and the following year she directed the successful series about the character of Nero Wolfe and subsequently made several television films and the feature film Il disertore (1983), which was presented at the Venice Film Festival . In the new millennium she took part in episodic documentaries .

Berlinguer has also worked as a writer since 1985.
