Giulio Iacchetti

Giulio Iacchetti (born October 20, 1966 in Castelleone , Province of Cremona , Italy ) is an Italian designer .

Life

Iacchetti has been a product designer since 1992 , and in the last thirty years he has realized designs for a large number of companies, partly together with Matteo Ragni .

The companies include:

  • 2000: With Matteo Ragni: Moscardino biodegradable cutlery for Pandora Design.
  • 2003: Duetto cutlery for Sambonet .
  • 2007: Buonanotte floor lamp for Coop (Italy) .
  • 2011: Uselen letter opener for Alessi (design) .
  • 2014: Collection of Noè wine glasses also for Alessi.
  • 2014: With Matteo Ragni: Sfera manhole cover from the Montini steel company in Roncadelle , Province of Brescia , Italy.
  • 2015: Elba cutlery for Sambonet.
  • 2015: Razione / K. Il pasto del soldato in azione , rations of soldiers for combat use from different armies. Project for the theme of the 2015 World Exhibition in Milan Feeding the Planet .
  • 2016: Cartalegno cabinet by Alf De Frè .

Prizes and awards

  • 2001: With Matteo Ragni: Compasso d'Oro for Moscardino .
  • 2009: Premio dei Premi per l'innovazione for the Buonanotte floor lamp .
  • 2014: With Matteo Ragni: Compasso d'Oro for Sfera .
