Gjeçaj waterfall
The Gjeçaj Waterfall or Gjeçaj Waterfall ( Albanian Ujëvara e Gjeçajve ) is a waterfall in the Albanian Theth National Park in the Albanian Alps . It is located in Theth on the northwestern edge of the center of the scattered settlement at around 860 m above sea level. A. little next to the thoroughfare through the village.
The water has a height of about 25 meters. At the Gjeçaj waterfall, the Celave stream flows down a steep rock face. The stream drains the eastern flank of the Maja e Shtegut ( 2104 m above sea level ) slightly south of the mule track over the Shtegu i Dhënve ( 1830 m above sea level ) and flows into the Shala River around 50 meters below .
