Glagolita Clozianus

Glagolita Clozianus is a manuscript in Church Slavonic in Glagolitic script from the 11th century, probably from Macedonia . On 14 sheets of parchment it contains two complete homilies by John Chrysostomos and Athanasios of Alexandria and three incomplete homilies by John Chrysostomos and an unknown author ( Methodius of Salonica ?). It was originally much more extensive, perhaps around 552 (1104) sheets.

Twelve sheets of the manuscript were given in the 19th century by Paris Cloz from the Frankopan family from the island of Krk in Dalmatia to the City Museum in Trento , where they can still be found today. The Slavist Franz Miklosich discovered two sheets and gave them to the Tyrolean State Museum in Innsbruck .
