Glashütte is a deserted area in the district of Weißenborn in the Saale-Holzland district in Thuringia .

The place of the glassworks (deserted area), which was seen in 1952, is located in the forest near Weißenborn on Alten Straße northeast of the municipality of Weißenborn north of the street just before the sewage treatment plant of the municipality of Tautenhain to the south .

history

Since 1196 there has been a documentary mention An der Glashütte for the forest division 156 in the Weißenborn corridor.
