Glaucus (Troy)
Glaukos ( Greek Γλαῦκος ), the son of Antenor and Theano , was a Trojan in Greek mythology who took part in the Trojan War . His brother was called Eurymachus .
Because he accompanied Paris to Greece , who kidnapped the beautiful Helena there and this ultimately led to the Trojan War, he was cast out by his father. According to Dictys Cretensis , he was killed by Agamemnon with a spear. But this could be confused with Glaucus , the son of Priam . Other sources report that Odysseus and Menelaus recognized Glaucus when he fled to his father's house. They attached a panther skin to the entrance, signaling that this house and its residents should be spared.
